The essence and distinction of products manufactured by Abdullah Industries comes from the quality controls of each process. Constant checking and monitoring from yarn procurement till finished goods are always in place to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Yarn Procurement
Procurement of yarn is from the best spinning mills in the country. Samples are tested in laboratories to confirm yarn count, strength and softness before is it is sent to the Sizing Department.
Sizing & Warping
Sizing & Warping is a protective process done for the yarn procured ensuring a smooth weaving process by further improving the strength of yarn. High quality and approved adhesive coating is applied on the yarn allowing the yarn to retain its strength.
Weaving
Inside the weaving department, the yarn on beams is carefully processed into Semi-Finished goods on our 32 state of the art fully automatic Vamatmex Looms which is known for their high quality production and bare minimum rejections.
Dyeing
Colors and dyes are strictly inspected to ensure they are fade-resistant and skin friendly while also ensuring clients requirements are being met meticulously.
Once the towels are dyed, they are then sent to the stitching department.
Stitching
Our automatic stitching machines seamlessly ensures towels are perfectly double or single stitched by the Hems as per client requirement. Labels are stitched without any glitch and cards are being placed properly as per the buyers approved sample. The towels are then sent to the grading department.
Grading
The grading department is responsible for the grading and analysis of each towel piece being manufactured. Our experienced grading teams identify and remove all manufacturing defects which do not meet export criteria while ensuring softness, absorbency, weight, size and GSM.

Our in house manufacturing and weaving departments are what sets us apart from other companies in this industry. Our department uses state of the art vamatex shuttle less looms which are known for their high quality production and bare minimum rejections.
The production department aims to work at optimum speed and capacity to achieve high efficiency in order to provide timely shipments and reducing lead time. Abdullah Industries can offer while significantly reducing lead times.
